Measuring a wreath is from the OUTSIDE edge, across the wreath to the opposite OUTSIDE edge.
All my greenery wreaths are weather proof and can be cleaned off with a damp cloth or a light misting of water; air dry.

My only disappointment was there was considerably less greenery used on the one I received than the bird’s nest in the photograph.
